Found this operator on TripAdvisor but redirected to Viator for the booking. They did not show and I tried to contact them. It was really disappointing as they had some good reviews and it looked like the perfect tour if you are time limited in Dubai. Update: Finally, had the opportunity to speak with Ramy at this company. He was very apologetic but it was apparently a glitch that changed his record of the booking to the day after. Viator voucher said April 4 his record showed April 5. He was very sorry and is processing a refund. I was disappointed that we ended up having to get around Dubai in a less than desirable way. I am now certain that seeing Dubai via a private car, like this operator offers is the preferred method to see all of the many sights of Dubai. The easy on easy off bus tours are a poor substitute. I’m expecting my refund within a couple days. Maybe next time we are in Dubai we will try it again.
