Tried booking an appointment today to be informed I am no longer registered as an NHS patient but I can book as a private patient. Seems to me this is lining their pockets from NHS patients - is this ethical
If I could give -5 stars I would. I called today as I was in a car accident a few years ago which left me with one chipped and 3 cracked teeth, these didn’t cause me problems at the time but have recently been quite painful so wanted to check with my dentist to see what could be done. I was told by the receptionist that I had been taken off the books after not visiting a dentist for a few years. When I said that I was never told this would happen she told me it was NHS guidelines and you are not notified, then proceeded to tell me I will need to go private!! My previous appointment which I did have with them a few years ago was randomly cancelled a month in advance and they never got back to me about my routine appointments. Absolute waste of time. All of the staff are extremely rude and even when you do get an appointment, they’re running about an hour and a half late!!!
I saw Dr Khan today for a filling, he was nothing but polite and made me feel at ease, i suffer with Anxiety and he went at my pace explaining everything he was doing. Everything felt safe and comfortable. All the staff were nothing but polite.
Very good Privat Dentist Asghar, got a lot of experience from working in Germany. And the nears Brina. Good prices. Weary recommended
