Booked an emergency appointment as was in severe pain, was told It would be long enough to have treatment or at least start to get me out of pain. During my appointment with Tom - I had an X-ray - diagnosis of what was wrong with the tooth and what we need to do to treat it. To my surprise I was told, that's all we had time for (I'd been in for 5 minutes so far) and I had to go to reception to book another time slot for any treatment. At the reception I was offered an appointment 14 days away. Tom was happy for me to leave in agony and return in 2 weeks. In the end I had to pay again to go elsewhere and managed to get an extraction that very day from a Dentist who was actually interested. Do not advise if you are in any level of pain as you will more than likely not get any relief for a while. I left in more pain than I walked in with. Receptionists were actually rather friendly but hands were tied when a dentist had no interest in helping his patient. Absolutely Zero empathy. Do not recommend.

Dr Tom is fantastic. Wonderful manner and very thorough my son is really happy and relaxed in his chair.
Tried to get in on an emergency appointment as given their number by 111 only to be greeted by a very officious and quite rude person who really did not care either way that I was in a great deal of pain and was told to go elsewhere ... would probably avoid this dental service if I was you
Had an appointment with Sara to double check diagnosis of another dentist. Sara was knowledgeable and spent time really checking my teeth and understanding my concerns. Great experience.
The work that is completed in this practice is outstanding as I can vouch for that, as I work at this practice! Also I am a patient that has been attending here for a couple of years even before I started working here, always have recommended to family and friends!
