This practice has always been a joke! I would avoid them as much as possible! I've tried to deal with them on multiple occasions and they have messed up referrals cannot fill out paperwork correctly and now just deregister anyone! Please avoid!

Standard check and clean same day. No quibbles. Friendly enough.
Phoned for an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth and was asked to phone back the next day, which I did. An appointment was made for the end of that week. I was able to get cover at work, but when I arrived I was told there had been a miscommunication and that I had no appointment, despite the fact I was told it bad been booked whilst on the phone. The receptionist was polite enough, but clearly was not competent. Am now waiting a further two weeks to get my tooth fixed.
