Both my patient co-ordinator Amanda and nurse Rachel were both so lovely to me. Amanda went above and beyond to sort things out for me and it was comforting to know she was always at the end of the phone- she even checked in on me the week after my op to see how I was. Rachel was also lovely and rang to see if everything was okay after my op. I know this is to be expected but it felt like they genuinely cared and I could ring them at any time. 100% recommend- they've made the whole process so smooth. Thank you!
Amazing service from my pc, she really understood me, would definitely recommend, has been my best investment to date - for me dr mashhadi was so informative , and invested time in me.
