Carlo’s dedicates yoga studio is a wonderful place to practise yoga regardless of where you are on the ability spectrum. Carlo and Vhairi teach in a manner that makes you feel safe and supported. The benefits, both physical and mental, are amazing. I love the flexibility of the online booking system and there are lots of classes to choose from.
