Top quality pool and fantastic service. Product quality is second to none with high quality components throughout. They stuck to their promised schedule and were on-time with delivery. Communication was clear throughout and they were able to accommodate a late change to my order. This is the 3rd pool I have built and it was by far the easiest complete kit, and, if you are a novice, their web site has great guides. Thanks Craig.
Awful. We ordered a DIY pool kit which states all parts will be supplied. Having waited weeks for delivery without any updates or help we finally received our order. This is where the doubts set in, a random courier dropped our pallet off, as we had no means to ensure all parts had been supplied we assumed it was all there. Upon starting construction it became apparent that we hadn’t been issued all the parts, mainly a sand filter, pump, ladders and all fittings. We made several attempts to ring the company however you just get sent to a call centre paid to redirect calls telling you they’ll pass on the message. After many attempts to contact Craig on the phone and numerous emails we finally received a response after stating we’d be claiming the money back on MasterCard. We’ve now received the pump and sand filter but no fittings to get everything turned on leading me to buy my own from the local plumbers. We still have no means to enter and exit the pool given the ladder which Craig stated was on its way still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed again asking for updates but still haven’t received a response and so I’m leaving this review in the hope that a knock to his 4.6 star reputation finally forces him to respond. I I wouldn’t shop with this company again as a product I purchased in April is still not fit for purpose and I can’t even contact them for assistance. Im not sure if the reviews he’s received are all real or not to be honest as the service feels more like a one man band just looking for a quick sale than a well organised company. Thanks.
Great Customer Service. Communication has been excellent and response times very prompt. Craig was always available to help with our project from start to finish. Would recommend this Company again and again. Thanks you for all your help and assistance.
Very good company. The pool was well made and came with all necessary accessories. The staff were helpful with advice regarding installtion and other products such as heater and chlorinator. Highly recommended.
