Friendly, efficient and excellent communicators. We used Lisa and her team as our letting agents for six years and the service they offered was superb. From screening of tenants to regular communication whenever issues occurred and the speed with which they dealt with those challenges, we couldn't have been happier. Phoned to try and book a viewing of a property to be met with a rude and short response. Entirely unhelpful and it felt the the member of staff couldn't wait to get off the phone. Horrendous treatment!
