It's a beautiful place, very picturesque. Everything is maintained with love and care. The main house is gorgeous - gives the real idea how people lived in the past. I've been there twice. Enjoyed to da max.
A very beautiful place, interesting museum of Polenov, a Russian painter of the beginning of the 20th century, with a lot of history, etc. Suitable for kids, expositions for kids, home theater once a year in august, etc. Bathing in the river Oka and going to Tarusa city by boat is possible.
Legendary place. Recommended for visiting at least once!
Absolutely worth a visit. Be early for the museum, but park is open 9-23 and free entrance.
