It was constructed on 22 Jan 1887. This is one of 9 Railway stations on Shershah-Kot Addu Branch line(1887). Presently on Mehr Express train (127 Up and 128 down) plies on this route and stops here as well. Like all other old railway stations on this line, this station is also very beautiful. It is located between Gurmani Railway Station and Lalpir Railway Station.
