Can’t rate these guys enough. Fitted my annoying cube mudguards, which didn’t come with the right fixtures for my bike, they pieced this together with parts they had. Big thanks, especially to Arpi!
I had a very positive experience of Muswell Hill bikes after receiving inadequate service elsewhere. They gave me good advice and booked me in quite quickly. My back wheel was fixed well and they kept me informed. It was good value. I found it difficult to get through on the phone but am glad I decided to go and enquire in person. Thanks!
Dropped my bike off in the morning, rode out later that afternoon on what felt like a new bike. Great team, very helpful. Also there was a puppy.
Had a bike puncture on the front wheel while out cycling, found the bike shop and inner tube was replaced. Within a couple of hours in after repair the tyre went flat. The inner tube wasn’t fitted right in with the tyre as the bead was popping out by the valve after repair. You would expect it would have been fine to ride and can trust the guys that just repaired it from the shop! Was a poorly job done. Nice staff and responsive to emails, on the positive note! ***Return to the shop, for a free labour for replacing the inner was offered but sadly I live far away and was only there at the time.*** Went to EVANS CYLCES and had it sorted!
