Delivery took 2.5hr after advertising an estimated time of 45 minutes. As for the app, ignore the count down as soon as it gets to time for delivery they complete the order despite you not receiving it. Called to chase the order and was advised it would be the next delivery, called again after 45 minutes advised it's going to be 5 minutes and the phone was put down on me. Called again after another 45 minutes to be told a further 5 minutes, no explanation offered. Food arrived cold had to be microwaved, disappointing thing is if it was warm it would have been nice. I can only assume regular residents are prioritised over visitors to the area. If the wait time is going to be longer please just be honest.

When placing my order I was told the wait would be 20 mins which I didn’t mind, 35 mins later my pizza was finally put in the oven I completely understand places are busy and don’t mind the wait if I’m pre warned how long that will be waiting then I could have left and returned, while I stood waiting I witnessed the man behind the counter running his hand across his hair several times touching his face around the mouth area,picking his arm, answering the phone touching the till and computer system then going straight to putting the same hand in the cheese and pizza topping, preparing buns etc I stood there 45mins and did not see him once wash his hands or wear gloves. When this was brought this to attention he replied I’m wearing a mask I need to touch my face. This is just complete poor hygiene practice and total disregard for current covid situation. Once we noticed 35minutes later our pizza were only just going in and other people who had came in after us had all been served and left we questioned this, he then went into the kitchen where they spoke loudly between themselves whilst the man in the kitchen was looking out at us and laughing I could not tell you what was being said as it was said in a language I do not speak, this made me feel very uncomfortable not good customer service to top this bad experience off.
