Went here to purchase a guitar for my sister who lives in Palma as it was within walking distance of her flat. I was expecting something along the lines of custom and locally luthiered guitars, but instead found that this quaint little shop was just a front for the local big box store (with some higher end guitars -all at full retail.) Despite waiting for 20 minutes, when the clerk (not a salesperson) at the store finally came over, he seemed to have already assumed I wasn't going to purchase anything and worked really hard to convince me that I shouldn't be trying out guitars for someone else to use. So I left, and I'm glad I did as I found a wonderful Raimundo for a great price used. It's not even worth walking into this place to look - just go to the bigger Musicasa discount stores not far away. Worth the trip.

Great shop for music lovers! Jesús is a very friendly and competent guy who helped me finding the right instrument and gave me some additional advices, too. While I was in the shop it was a little busy. But he still kept his huge contagious smile, told some jokes and patently served all his clients until everyone was satisfied. Definately recommended! Thank you for the great consultation! :)
Great service, very Knowlegable, don't just sell you something expensive, they listen and sell you what you need. Very happy buying a present for someone else
Great store! Quality instruments and the owner is a very good person.
The gentleman at the store should consider taking a chill pill before going to work everyday.
