The most helpful friendly staff. Best hot chocolate and prawn sandwich for miles. Always our favourite place to stop for lunch and/or refreshments.

Staff so incredibly rude! No organisation and shocking customer services! After being a loyal customer for many years will not be visiting there again! Will definitely not recommend! In reply to your comment below you clearly dont know who I am, as I have no idea what you are talking about! My issue was not with seating it was with rudeness of staff!

Food is fab here, always fresh. The staff are friendly & the whole place is spotlessly clean. Wouldn't go anywhere else for in Basildon for coffee & a bite to eat. Highly recommended.
