The club very kindly gave public access to the grounds during lockdown. As someone without a garden, it was wonderful to spend time in green space with ample room for social distancing. Beautiful views. Thank you very much Murrayfield Golf Club

I've been meaning to write this review for almost a year. With travel and the world almost ending, it's been hard to get around to writing this review. But as I pulled out a Murrayfield tee out of my suitcase, I was reminded yet again. Mike, in the proshop, made me feel right at home. I was visiting from the US, and only been golfing for a bout 2 years, but i could NOT pass up a chance to play somewhere in Scotland. I was pretty nervous at first, but right when Mike answered the phone, I knew I made the right choice. I was worried I would ask the \stupid\ questions, but never made me feel like an outsider. You could tell he was genuinely excited for me to get out on the course, and that's why i'm writing this review. If Mike is there, or reading this, I'd like to thank him for making that round and experience one to remember for the rest of my life. Cheers!
The greens and bunkers were flooded which was surprising given the slope of much of the course.
