Really, really good Got my henna done for eid, the design was done beautifully. Kind and friendly staff.
What a surprise threading is not listed on the services. I was so disappointed angry when I am qualified eyebrow specialist for threading waxing tinting shame I can't do myself. I was in the area I needed my eyebrows threaded everywhere else was booked. So I went here I explained to the Indian woman who couldn't understand English that please don't do one eyebrow straight and other round which in India they typically do and also please do not round my eyebrows at the ridge doesnt have hair. She messed them then said I scared her by myself explaining what I wanted its a service provided by yourself. We are not india we are in England. I then went and asked other salons they said 2 different shapes. I went back I spoke to manager wanted to see her certificate. She showed me. I told her do not ever touch anyones eyebrows. when doing eyebrows do them facing u infront of to get equal near matching. I would never in my life recommend this salon for anything.
The hairstylist was very nice but I wasn't happy with the service - during the hair washing the water splashed everywhere and the stylists wore their masks on their chins, so did not feel particularly Covid-safe. Additionally, the treatwell booking price was ambiguous (they have several of the same service listed) and I was told to pay extra after my haircut so was not getting the value I thought.
