Good place to order curry's whenever I feel like to try something desi. This is the place for me to make my day thanks to shahid sab to reopen it again...

I had a really bad curry, a salad that was tiny and the chicken pakora was rubbery and was clearly not cook fresh. The shop was a mess but I understand that they only took over 2 weeks ago. They have a mountain to climb to get anyway near the quality of how Mumtaz used to be! I'll return when I hear improvements have been made
It's not mumtaz anymore. Name has been changed to shangrilla cuisine along with the management It has 5 rating from food and hygiene authority first time in 20 years
Ordered from here tonight and most say I won't be going bk the food was disgusting the chicken in the tikka masala was off the masala itself was greasy the mushroom rice... We'll lets just say the mushrooms were still plastered in mud :( and greasy the nans bread was like putty and the lamb in the biriyani was hard and chewy
Not the most inviting of premises but it is in a very run down area. Nice food, and pleasant staff.
