People enjoy eating there. People in fact queue to eat from there. Maybe it's the cuisine. But I find the food much oily. No idea though.

It's perfect budget place if you want to grab a quick lunch and get back to work. They are known for sea food. Fish fry is a must eat here. Best part is they will serve your order in less than 10 minutes
