This is the general waiting room for passengers. It is air-conditioned and kept pretty clean. Number of seats available are plenty and people usually do not have to stand due to shortage of space. A lot of charging points are also available which can be used to charge various devices while one is waiting in the room. A well-maintained room which is quite comfortable.

While coming back from my first visit to Mumbai I was waiting in this waiting room. The facility provided is awesome. There is AC and also Fans. Then there were many ports to charge our phones. There were also 2 separate washrooms for Male & Female. While sleeping you should have to sleep on ground with your own accessories or you might sleep on the seats to but that was not that comfortable. The only thing about which you should take care is your luggage cause the staff were again and again reminding us to take care of our luggage cause of cases like robbery.

Quite neat and decent. There are ladies waiting to clean the area at a regular basis. You get charging points. You can take a shower. There's a full mirror if you want to touch up your makeup. In all a decent place to change and freshen up if you need to do that before stepping into Mumbai!

A big hall which is clean, well lit and with comfortable seating sofa. Comfort air conditioners and fans in good condition. Rest room facility exist in the far corner of the hall. Entry and exit to the hall is monitored by an authorised person. Register is maintained for entry and exit.
