Worst experience ever. Always make wrong commitments and then they put it on Allah that he will make it correct for you like a local shop keeper. Prices are very expensive as compared to market but they assured us of timely delivery that made us fall into their trap. Order was placed 2 days before and they took 7000 rs for doing wall patti on 2.5 walls of a medium sized room while 1 and half wall was covered with cupboard. Upon telling them that the person the sent is not doing good wall patti, they replied" wait for final finish" Commitment was done that your order will be delivered by 10 am. Afterwards we were told to wait till 12 pm and then after 12 pm we were asked to take our money back as order was not dispatched but then at 2 pm, suddenly from no where order appears and we were forced that we should apply it now cuz order cant be cancelled. However, shop owner Sutan Tariq has previously told to take our money back but he also asked to now get the paper applied. When the paper was applied, it was filled with bubbles, design was mismatched and when asked about the reason, mason and his supervisor concurrently replied "Its due to substandard application of wall patti" Upon making them realize that this glamorous wall patti was done from their shop and we were told by sultan tariq sb (owner of shop ) that you will get fine finish, he replied "then ask sultan tariq to give you fine finish. I am not responsible" Multiple calls were made to Sultan Tariq (owner) but every time we were told that he is busy and you ll receive a call back. No call was ever received from him. Pics attached for proof. Please save your hard earned money from these looters who constantly make false commitments, take hefty amount for substandard services, take no responsibility for their sayings and then force you as you have paid money to them.

First time I visit this place for My new constructed house decoration. So many ideas and verities i found here in this store. I suggest if someone is going to decorate or re-furnishing their building in Multan, Punjab, first visit this store. Definitely you will happy with my advice/suggestion.

Well-behaved and professional staff. Delivers on time. The flooring styles they have are really eye-catching. Although a bit costly, but mostly worth the cost. I Bought some window blinds from here. My experience was good.
