Best place to stay with Family or friends. Neat and clean hotel. Beautiful furniture. Only one thing is bad no lock in washroom door & no shelf or cupboard in a room. Staff was cooperative on but The young man at the reception desk felt a little harsh and old man standing near reception was very polite. It seemed to him that if I did not take Rome and go back, it would not matter to him۔ Food was good also but quantity is very less as compared as price. I stayed in 5 hotels in 10 days thats why I talked about the quantity of the food. Over all very good experienced 9/10. Highly recommend.

Very arrogant staff. They promised hot water for bathrooms but did not deliver despite being reminded more than 5 times. Mineral water was provided after 6 hours of check-in and that too after requesting them time and again. Electric extensions and sockets were not working at all. DC Inverter AC was out of power. They switched it off manually from main electrical panel. Person available at counter was very arrogant. Very disappointed with their service. All the hotels in surrounding area of about 1KM are linked and they have monopolised the service which is very bad for consumers.
