Mulan used to be our favourite takeaway however our last meal was extremely disappointing we always had the same dishes and something had definitely changed and not for the better. We were so disappointed and suprised about this that we telephoned them to give our feedback. We were told that Mulan had changed hands which we can only presume accounted for the food not being up to anywhere near its normal standard. I don’t think we will be returning.
Once again I popped in to make and collect order. It took two people to take the order and work the till. Not for the first time they gave me the wrong items. I called them as soon as I realised this to be practically called a liar and that I’d ordered the wrong items. Eventually they agreed to deliver the order again. It took three attempts to get them to take the address down correctly. When the driver arrived I was told again I had given the wrong order on my own doorstep. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. Still they won’t get my order wrong again as I shall be taking my custom elsewhere.
Good food reasonable prices and good service
First time here this evening. Didnt know this place existed. Absolutely loved it. Finally found the place to go for a Chinese in Kenilworth! Great food, very good price! 3 very happy and full customers
