Best ever experience with Kazu.Me and my daughter love our completely new looks. Extremely precision in making it perfect. We finally found a hairdresser who realy cares about what we want, and making it happen in the best way.I left the salon like a super woman, feeling amazing in my skin.
I have been coming here for 3 years and won’t get my hair done anywhere else! I’ve previously had Giuseppe and had Michael do my hair yesterday and they are consistently brilliant. Incredibly friendly, they listen and work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. They make you feel so comfortable and it’s like having your hair done by a (very talented) friend. If you have DARK hair and you want to go lighter, go here. After years of hairdressers not understanding darker hair and giving me copper highlights instead of blonde, I’ve never had a bad experience at Muku. Including a photo of my hair taken 14 months after getting my balayage done, I’ve never had colour hold so well!
Went here today after searching online for a local hairdresser to fix a recent haircut went wrong in a different salon... 1st of all the receptionist was lovely on the phone and unlike others I called in the area, offered to have a hairdresser review what needed to be fixed on my hair before agreeing a price which was great. They also were able to book me in on the same day which was amazing! 2nd, the hairdresser (I didn't catch her name) was so accommodating and lovely and helped fix what she could. In terms of covid, everyone was wearing masks and spaced out across the store and hands had to be washed once you entered and i saw them sanitise the areas after each customer so you feel like you're in good hands. I came across this salon off the cuff but I will definitely be booking again!
