For a coffee & cake at great value for money, I love it. Yesterday I had carrot cake & the wife she had their coffee cake. They both looked and tasted brilliant. As for my coffee, I had no complaints at all. A lot better than from some other coffee chain shops

Extremely rude manager (I'm guessing). Went in asked what I wanted and was told they didnt have that item in (which I didnt mind) she was looking at her phone and walked off.. another member of staff asked if I was being served. I will not be coming back to this coffee shop again. I've never felt like this in any shop

I use the place very regularly, well anytime we're in Hull CC, it's reminiscent of some similar outlets we frequented while living in Asia. A visit here will be rewarded with great service and attention plus reasonable prices. I would have awarded 5 stars but the lavatory seat has never been attached correctly at least that I can remember (again reminiscent of ...).
Drinks and food were great . Just wish more attention was paid to the washrooms. Customers sometimes have accidents and are too embarrassed to report them... it looked like someone had been taking laxatives for a week. I just walked out and used a different loo after speaking to staff. Who gave me a look as if to say you dirty git... but it wasnt me. I was just informing them.
