It’s a beautiful foundation stone to the city. It’s a nice place to come and walk to in the evenings close to the river which has a nice breeze.

Every Province in Thailand has a Provincial Shrine this one in Prachinburi for the people to make their wishes come through if your business or property is located within Prachinburi. Some Prachin people will come here to declare their innocent of wrong doing, or swear their innocent and curse on themselves as well as people who actually did the \crime\ and viciouspeople accused them for wrong doing. Normally \guilty\ person will not come before this shrine to put a curse on themselves and their family just to lie to people they were innocent. Karma is real!
