I needed to replace a damaged wheel on my bike. Rather than use an online supplier I thought I’d support my only local bike shop, I won’t be doing that again. I wanted to buy a wheel and put money into your business and you did literally nothing to help me do that. You didn’t have one in stock - I understand. You said you’d source one - I appreciate that. After four days, no promised update, not to say you’ve found one or that you are busy and you’re getting round it - I’m curious. I return to your shop and my wheel is still in the same place where you dumped it and you say nothing - i’m angry now.
