A BIG thanks to Davis Homes for making my husband and I's dream come true. Sid and Laura Davis worked hard for us to get our dream home. We lived in Northern Minnesota and called up Davis Homes and told them what we wanted. We drove to Southeast Iowa and met with Sid and Laura, they helped us throughout the whole move. They were understanding and so helpful from the first phone call l, all the way to move in. We cant thank them enough for all the help we received from them. If you are looking for a new home, the best go to is....Davis Homes in Mount Plesant Iowa!! Thanks again Sid and Laura...dreams do come true!!

When my husband and I first started looking at which home to buy Davis homes was very accommodating. My emails would be answered very quickly and when we went to go look at the homes they were very helpful with paperwork. The home was promptly moved onto the property and my husband felt very easy to talk to Sid Davis. We were told that after one year the home would settle and they would come fix the cracks in the drywall. When 1 year passed , I emailed Laura Davis. I honestly do not know if she ever even responded to my email let alone was anything done about my drywall. I called Davis homes and had a question and while I was asking a question I also reminded them about the drywall. My question was answered but still no drywall has been repaired. It's been 2 years now. My husband called with issues and laura was very rude with him and not helpful. Since then my husband has started fixing the cracked drywall himself. It is apperant that home have been quickly built and even had a pipe under kitchen sink come apart and water soaked the underlying insulation. Said pipe was never glued. Would not be as upset if they would have just fixed drywall cracks as we were told. Mckenna Smith
