I was very much looking forward to my haircut and because I had long hair I was looking for someone who specializes in long hair as shown on the website of msn hair salon Ealing. When I arrived to the salon everybody was nice and warm but at the cutting stage when I specifically asked to cut my hair in a V shape as my hair tends to take up volume and It seemed like the hairdresser understood but it wasn't the case. At the end of the process I discovered that my hair was cut completely straight. After I asked the hairdresser to please correct and cut it in a V shape she again did something different from what I asked for. When I wanted to say something on the subject I realized that the girls were starting to get annoyed from my comments and at that point I just let her finish because I knew at this point I wasn't going to get what I had originally asked for. So I paid and left with the haircut I did not want. I am very disappointed and insecure about my hair especially after waiting a long time and it took me a long time to choose the hairdresser I thought was right for me. I will not go back there again.
