MSD is a great martial arts academy suited to all ability’s. Everybody is really friendly and there is no looking down on people, only help to be given. Classes are always fun, catered to individual needs, but you will be pushed so make sure you bring a towel.

I have trained at MSD for 7 years, both as a youngster, and as an adult and throughout those years, the instructors have always been demonstrating that high-level of knowledge necessary to run a Martial Arts club. The classes are full of friendly and polite people who are willing to learn new skills! In the classes for the younger ones, the instructors ensure the practice of skills that the children may use in school, such as discipline, teamwork and focus, in a way that is both fun and helps them learn at the same time. I highly recommend checking out this club if you or your child are looking to learn Martial Arts as well as looking to improve on fitness and flexibility.
MSD Evolution is a brilliant martial arts academy for both younger people and adults looking to both learn and get fit doing so. I've been training here for the past few months and I absolutely love it and I highly recommend training here. The instructors have lots of experience amongst them and provide brilliant training sessions that I always look forward to attending.
MSD evolution for me is a perfect confidence builder. I tried out a couple of places in my home town, and didn't really settle in. But since I've moved to Cheltenham and found MSD, I honestly couldn't be happier. I feel at ease, both coaches and students are very welcoming. Highly recommend!
My daughter loves going and it's so great for her confidence and physical health as well as co-ordination. Instructors are brilliant, friendly, welcoming and encourage everyone to be their best in a really supportive way. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
