Went to M & S today early. Stocked up and had a really nice lad on the checkout Matt! I want to thank him for making a grey day better! He told me of his 4 dogs and I have 1. Made the am brighter. Also the guy on the door allowing all in this Sunday pleasant. Also thank you to the young girl who tried to sort my pudding out with hair up. Credit to M and S

Took elderly neighbour out to the maybird M&S foodstore yesterday was appalled at lack of facilities to deal with covid. Trolleys did not appear to be cleaned no social distancing by shoppers or staff worst shopping experience I've had since lockdown
Well managed with screens and queing system for 2m distance safe shopping. Staff lovely
