Staff very friendly shame the manageress wasn’t, being on medication and desperate for the toilet she’s refused to let me use the toilet and when I suggested I use the fence, she said do what you like so I went to the Shell garage down the road where they are brilliant and let us use the toilet avoid this unhelpful BP garage, certainly not the customer care you would expect from Marks & Spencer. Avoid and share this review.
