What great service! At such a busy time, a member of staff Shirley quickly whipped around the store and helped get all my Xmas day food shopping done! I would’ve been here for hours looking for stuff but she did everything for me in 10minutes! Big Up Shirley, have a great Xmas!!

Great store but should make customers sanitise their hands very poor control.
Vibrant, good service, good quality products fresh or frozen , excellent all round.
Smaller store, but still packed with wide variety and your M&S favourites.
Staff are excellent and have been even more so since the lockdown began. They have been extremely professional at a difficult time for all. To all the staff at Epping M&S .....a big Thank- you.
