Ordered a coffee from the cafe and immediately spilt it all over my hand like a right donkey. Staff insisted I keep it under the cold tap for a while and provided me a new coffee. Lovely people. Nice coffee too.

Better dates than the one I normally shop at in Stockton Heath. Well stocked store, minimal queue and free parking. Lovely lady on checkouts although i didnt get her name. I liked the fact there was an in house housekeeper who was very visible on the shop floor and he was very busy keeping everywhere clean and tidy.

Good food. No deli counter, a limited range of bakery goods and the cafe only sells coffee not hot food but the staff are friendly and the service excellent.

Terrible experience here today. None of the customers exercising social distancing. We were looking at the 2 dining for 12 deal, and 2 separate people pushed straight in front of us, without giving us space. Actually felt scared. The staff didn't seem to be any better. no organisation at all in the store. Not going there again.
