Nice big and clean! Wish they would put their vegan products all in one place rather than scattered across the store. It’s like going for a treasure hunt looking for everything. Would just make sense if I could get it all from one place.

Odd service. I went to pay at the checkout and I was asked, \Do you want to pay for that?\ Well of course I do, particularly when the sign says, \Please pay here\ as she was somewhat hassled by my wanting to pay for something. Of course, I'd have liked to have got my item for free. It was flowers and I had to ask for a flower bag. Duh. Maybe the assistant was having a bad day??? Not very impressed.
Clean, easy to walk round and no queues at checkout. I visited store at Borehamwood retail park. Would have got 5 stars if the trolley cleaning area was tidy and clean
Good lovely store. Nice and spaced and good variety. Plus better quality food than the other oulets in the vacinity.
