I went in today, couldn't find what I wanted so approached a member of staff. She was so helpful. Not only was she pleasant and helpful she had great knowledge and showed me where to find my chicken kievs. I got them then saw her again asked her about the light up gin bottles I've been trying to get my hands. She was amazing, went in the back found some. Her name was Emma G! She's a credit to M & S. I went home feeling so happy with the excellent customer service and with everything I went in for. Thank you M & S and Emma G.

There was a queue outside the store, which was managed well by the staff. As soon as you enter it was very busy and was difficult to maintain distance. However, within the later aisles it was more distant between shoppers. There does need to be a one-way system within the store, if it hasn't been established already.
Always get a lovely service from the staff, particularly Urvashi Pandya
What makes it deserving of my 5 star rating? The staff are courteous and polite. For someone like me who is a visitor of this country, that matters to me a lot. Keep up the great work and more power to your group!
