Very friendly staff and wonderful M&S food
like
Some of the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful, allowing queues to build up before opening the spare till. They never apologise for keeping customers waiting. It's a pity, as the actual garage has good facilities and a much-welcome M&S concession. They need to get some mystery shoppers in there and find out who the bad apples are.
Clean well equipped baby changing facilities and the convenience of the M&S food range.
I defy you to find a worse m&s , i am a regular to this unfortunate establishment, toilets are dirty , staff make you feel like they are doing you a favour , obstinate and awkward, refusing to serve m&s goods after 12 , cigarettes and fuel only , also refusing to pour hot water into their on the go porridge, siting heath and safety , but still serving tea, and coffee???
Although expensive it's a nice little shop and open 24 hours so very handy.
