Loved it. It is what M&S do really well. Their food is terrific. Was able to get what I needed and the shelves choice available was excellent. I used the café and the food I ordered was quickly prepared and served. Good social distancing measures in place in the food hall. Member of staff manning the entrance and informed me that the basket was sanitised.

Good queue management and not too crowded inside. Avoid peak hours though. Parking is not great here, although it is free, especially as the Covid queue now covers the disabled parking making customers with disabilities have to park further away.

The store is clean spacious and a great choice of food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, in these times having to queue and social spacing, the staff are brilliant so helpful understanding . They are a credit to Mark's and Spencer's. Their job is far from easy now but still a smile and a very friendly conversation. Well done to them all.
