Was dreading my Christmas shop. It was brilliant. Pre-booked shopping slot, loads of stock, not crowded and no queue at the till. Staff so helpful as always. Thank you M&S wouldn't cope without you

Clean and presentable store and very friendly staff, made us feel welcomed for our visit to Wales! They also took the pandemic measures seriously by cleaning trolleys and putting staff in place to manage specific points

Loved that the staff at the door offered you a basket or a trolley and wiped them down with a D10 anti-bac spray before handing them to you! Made me feel confident that I will be safe in the store! Thank you M&S!

Shocking service today, no distancing, no care for customers and no shopping after being in there 40 minutes, this wasn't just bad service....it was M&S bad service
