Absolutely disgraceful experience as of today. Me and my partner walked into the cafe with some M&S products from the store, we were denied access as we were not allowed to eat in despite our willingness to buy drinks and have them at the table. After the very impolite episode, we ended up having our lunch outside of the store under pouring rain. What store would allow to have their customers eating outside on a bad weather day with the risk of falling ill? This was not certainly expected, we will not visit the store again.

Good. Clean. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Shopped for 4 days in 15 mins. People there shopping but I just whizzed around and got some items for me and for a friend's household.
Good parking and well stocked, preferable to going to the highstreet if you're just doing a food shop. Very helpful, friendly staff. Great coffee shop (now open again) for a weekend morning.
Only did a small shop, beautiful little store. Brought some alstremerias in purple, excellent quality. Helpful staff and good takeaway coffee from the cafe.
Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. You've got a great team here, make sure you treat them well. Xx
