All staff are brilliant especially Denise, Claire, Lynn, Sara, Gina, Gillian, Jasmine and some I don't know the names of. Always helpful, friendly, polite and cheerful. Love shopping here

We only popped in to get sandwich, salad, pudding and drinks. It was good to be able to park and covid hygiene was good. We were in and out quickly and found a good range of food for our takeaway lunch. I would go again next time I go to Northallerton.
Not covid safe - too many customers to socially distance, long queues for tills and some staff had removed their masks. Already fed back to M&S a fortnight ago and nothing changed.
We just love M&S food, also a small cafe which was quite acceptable. Recommend Scone,Jam,& Clotted cream, coffee 3.50. Good value for money.
Excellent service, awesome selection of products. Car park is great for access to the store, though a little store.
