Great honest work done on the van. Told me what didn't need doing when I thought it did. Really happy

Over priced. Worst customer service I have ever seen and literally my baby girl could’ve done a better job with the fitting. Laughable. Had to go to another garage after spending 500 here just to fix the job they botched and couldn’t be bothered to slot me in to fix. If you value your car and your money, please choose somewhere else.
Went for an MOT this morning, unfortunately the car failed due to a faulty tyre, the garage went above and beyond as usual to get two new tyres for my car the same day and fitted. Car then past it’s MOT. The bill was excellent value. We regularly take our work vehicles to MS, can’t fault them. Chloe is also a credit to the company.
Took my Mini Cooper here after going to other garages that couldn’t seem to figure out what was causing the problem or how to fix it. These guys at MS Autos Pontypridd & Nantgarw tried absolutely everything and did not stop looking for reasons and remedies to my cars constant high idling when other places would have given up! They kept me up to date, were extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgable! Thank you so much for fixing my car! I highly recommend going here :) x
