This was soo good! We got a supreme and a cheese and mushroom pizzas. So delicious! Also, not to mention, we were snowed ALL the way in and needed some food! So thankful y'all were open and got us fed! Delicious and great service!

I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a veggie pizza with More than 3 items, the person who took my order wasn't very nice but maybe he was just busy. My pizza was good and I love the small place

Wow what a great crew!!! Ordered some pizza for our flight home. The passengers change the departure time two times and the crew came through to have our pizzas hot and at our airplane on time! thank you so much!! N11GU Jim

I started ordering from Mr. Jim's quite frequently within the last year and a half when I moved. Initially the service was consistently top notch. Even after the pandemic started, nothing about the sevice or the quality of their food changed. The two most recent times I ordered, not only were they extremely late, but tonight, my food was delivered to the wrong apartment. Which didn't seem to alarm the manager one bit. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before calling since the delivery time was an hour. Apparently the food was delivered to the wrong apartment... All he could say was, \well it says it was delivered quite some time ago. Have you checked your door?\ REALLY? Obviously I did. The \manager\ was not apologetic at all. Nor did he offer anything other than to have them cook it again and send it back out. No discount, nothing free, no, \ I'm sorry for the inconvenience \. I asked if it would take another hour and he said yes because they're pretty busy. Wow.. so no consideration or accommodating us for your drivers screw up? Ok.. I am beyond disappointed and irritated. You'd think that he would have been more willing to go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Instead my husband called back and opted to pick up the order instead. Only because it was far too late to get anything else to eat. And who wants to wait another HOUR for the food to be delivered to the wrong apartment again. It shouldn't take all of this. Furthermore, I think they should consider training the staff on following DIRECTIONS and better customer service!
