Wouldn't use them again! Should of read the reviews first. Had to chase and chase for our mower back supposed to have delivered this day that day etc nothing. Eventually we got it back working as it should however I'm pleased to say so can't fault them on the actual service. However I was told 75 for the full service and I did ask if it needs parts what's the worst case they said an extra 18 if you need a carburettor... So when they turned up they said its 92 we questioned this and he said it's 75 plus the parts.. What parts he then said you've had a spark plug role pins diaphragm and gasket us oil... Yet we was told the spark plug and filter and oil the servicing basics was in the price. Anyway we had argued that they should of informed us first before going ahead. You don't take a car for a service to then come to pay abd they said we fitted new tyres breaks etc as well here's your bill!!! So we paid 80 because there was no proof of parts or receipts for the parts so if they had been upfront about it we would of budgeted for it. When someone agrees a price that's the price expected to pay and not a penny more. They had the mower for 3 weeks but bad reviews say they've waited months and they dont always ans phone and are never at premises! So you've been warned! They did however sort the mower and works as it should.

. Took a while to get the job done and get the mover back (3 months instead of 3 weeks). A lot of chasing!! But once done - a great Job done. Could do with under promising and over delivering and better communications.
awful service ive given my grass cutter for over 8 to 9 months and also left my number with the person next door still have not heard anything back or even a message to say i recieved machine not happy at all never answers calls also may have sold it ? who knows never at the unit to see any progress awful
Cheap & helpful. Got my rotavator working again in no time at all. Highly recommended.
