They make you go inside and pay for a full bottle to be filled, instead of paying for what you actually buy. When I asked the guy outside why they were charging me for a full bottle instead of what the meter said he said the meter doesn’t mean anything. Is this legal? Does the Texas Railroad Commission approve this?
Awful service. We have an industrial facility that required the use of a propane gas water heater and they made all the installation needed. It is noticeable the lack of knowledge about industrial specifications, and the lack of professionalism by taking advantage over the customer issues. Maybe they are good in residential gas service but completely unprofessional and non customer focused in this type of service. It was quite clear that they prefer extra profit instead of focus on customer service.

They offer a military discount, which is great BUT they require the serial number of the tank before they send anyone out. My father told them he couldn't get to the back plate because of the fence, so no luck. Tell me how are you helping retired, older military veterans in that manner? No good.
