Very efficient, he did a lovely job of cleaning my bike up/servicing, after not using it in 10years!! That was a couple of years ago now!! Just about to phone them up for bike service again, gears are playing up!! I’m sure they will do a great job! Watch this space!

I'm updating our review because we remain so super happy with our Giant electric bikes. At the end of 2019 we moved to France, together with our bikes. During transit the rear light stopped working - all it took was a quick email to Mr Cycles with some easy instructions and it was sorted. To continue to get after service when you've moved abroad is pretty impressive in my opinion. Regarding the bikes, we are really impressed with everything. We're currently in the south of France and we've cycled 90kms and we've only lost 1 out of the 5 battery power icons. Amazing battery range!! Can't recommend the bikes, or Mr Cycles enough. Jan 2019: We have just bought a couple of electric bikes from Mr Cycles and we can't recommend this shop highly enough. The service was fabulous - always helpful and willing to take the time to explain without any hard sell involved. They communicated well and I feel confident that they will be there for any future support or advice we may need.
After getting my bike out for the first ride in 5 weeks the derailleur clutch has sized. Popped into into the shop and Rory quickly stripped in down found a spare and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. I have used these guys for a number of years and the service is outstanding!
Out on a ride this morning and got a puncture cycling through Seaford. Googled a local bike shop and dropped in on the off chance that they could fix it for me. Which they did there and then. Saved me an embarrassing call for the wife to collect me. Very helpful, would use again and would recommend.
Fantastic! Mr Cycles himself is so lovely I'd adopt him. Very knowledgeable, a great place for everything bike related
