The best fish and chips I’ve had for a long long time! The fish was huge and tasty, and the chips were perfectly crispy! I would not hesitate to eat here again! If I had to be picky, I’d say the lad that served us could have been a bit more friendly, but he did a great job none the less. Highly recommend!

We were here only once, driving through, and during the distancing measures, so we haven't seen that much of the inside. The payment was CASH ONLY, but I was pointed to a cash machine nearby so no problem. The food was really hot and fresh, really generous portions on fish and chips, especially for the price. The service was nice and patient, but very efficient. Also, they have actually great spicy potatoes, not one of those flavourless ones! The only reason for 4* is no trays so lots of soggy paper leftover after meal and the canned Tango wasn't very cold. Also, the there's another chip shop on the other side of the square which seemed quite busy, so I don't know how they compare :)
