After having a complete nightmare with a different company whilst ordering containers, MR Box was recommended to me. I can honestly say, they are one of the easiest companies i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It is an exemplary example of a company that strives for explicable customer service, and one that communicates well both internally, and with their customers. The containers themselves are brilliant. We went for the used containers and they were in great condition for used units. I would also like to use this platform to again thank Adam G and Rachel W for their brilliant service. Very friendly and great to deal with. Thank you. I would recommend these guys for absolutely anyone looking to buy containers, whether new, or experienced buyers.

My first rental from Mr Box has been most delightful. Happy, intelligent staff make my working day a joy and a pleasure to deal with. My last minute requirements where happily received and dealt with efficiently. This company are a must use in the world of storage containers.
Having recently decided to rent a long term storage container we were amazed at the different quality of companies in this industry. We soon learnt that one person's idea of a \quality container\ wasn't always what we'd call quality so it became abit of a task. After a few more searches we found Mr Box and were impressed from the initial contact. The website was easy to use, the info was all there and the booking was very easy. We dealt with Lauren and she made regular contact to ensure all our requirements, and the requirements of haulier for delivery, were met. After initial concern over access we sent photos over and these were checked and forwarded to haulier to ensure a simple delivery. On the day we had a call to give an idea of time and when the container arrived were amazed at both the quality of the container (spotless!) and the driver was excellent. The container was skilfully placed exactly how we wanted with no damage to the surrounding grass verges or trees. We highly recommend this company.
