A fantastic gym. Its a supportive and accessible environment for people of any fitness level. Mark is a very well qualified and friendly trainer with a real passion for his work and community. It has been a hugely positive addition to my routine. Highly recommended.

I lost 2 stone on the 10 week weight buster course. I've just completed a year and lost a total of 5st 2ib. I go to the gym probably twice a week., its surprisingly enjoyable! As long as you really want to lose weight you just have to listen to Mark's advise and stick (loosely) to it. If I can do it anyone can

Joined MP Personal Training as I felt I was seizing up and totally unfit, also well overweight. I have never been a gym member before and was apprehensive about joining. How lovely to find Mark both friendly and extremely supportive and the other gym members very friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and there is a great mix of people. Love my gym sessions now and I'm moving much more freely! If you are thinking of joining a gym I highly recommend MP Personal Training.
