Had dinner with my partner in Mowlana few months ago. Amazing food and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the fresh food and the tasty tea we had. My only recommendation is to change the music!. A nice collection of Iranian traditional music (which I love by the way) would have added to the nice ambiance. I'm new in Cardiff and enjoyed the friendly welcoming of the owner, assuring us about the quality of the food, that was served in the restaurant. I'm ordering food for my partner's birthday this Valentines day ;-).

Some of the best Persian food we have ever eaten. The owner and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. As tourists we didn't have a lot of cash on us, so we needed to find an ATM to withdraw money to pay for the food. The owner was nice enough to give us a discount for our trouble.
Amazing food, very reasonable prices and great chilled atmosphere! Well worth a visit if in Cardiff, one of the best places to eat.

Ate here on 1st September 2020. Wow, food was delicious! Such good value for money. I had the Chicken with Saffron rice and all was so tasty. Family meal and everyone was very happy with their meals. Staff were friendly and welcoming and good distance between tables. Cannot recommend enough, will be back. If I could give 6 stars I would!
