Why accept orders that cannot be fulfilled? Ordered for 7pm to collect, arrived to a queue of approximately 20 other customers all stood out in 1.5 degrees freezing cold. It's greed driven so I decided not to bother queing and arrived home to a very disgruntled wife and 3 hungry children. I will ensure to set my tent up the night before for next year's order! A fitting end to a dreadful 2020.

We visited Mowgli's on the back of great reviews online during a recent trip to Cardiff. It was money well spent for sure. The onion bhaji starters were amazing, both large but still well seasoned. We were also very happy with the mixed grill entrees. As a dish without sauce the meat can sometimes be dry but our servings were excellent. The hype for this place is well deserved.

Pre-ordered a takeaway on a Wednesday night for 7pm delivery but turned up 25 mins late. Food was cold which considering is 5mins away was disappointing. Starters; Onion bhaji was cold and sat in oil Mixed kebab was cold and very bland with a frozen texture to all 3 meats. main; Monkfish curry was very bland and overbooked Sides: Panner/aubergine/bindi were all very bland and oily. Mushroom rice was ok but the nan was very doughy and cold Riata sauce too thick Salad had the but off lettuce in Very disappointed considering was looking forward to trying this restaurant with so many good reviews and a great menu...sadly will not be wasting 50 again.

The food was very delicious and the service was exceptional! We had the tasting menu to share for two people, it was very delicious, lots of different flavours, sweet, sour, spicy. The meat was not dry but very juicy. The amount of food we got was also very generous, we took home enough for lunch tomorrow as well.
